Mentorship Matters: Six Steps for Apprentices

This workshop is designed for early-stage apprentices to build the foundation for success in training and on the jobsite. Participants learn practical communication strategies (including intergenerational communication), explore different learning styles to make the most of instruction, and practice goal-setting techniques that support growth throughout their apprenticeship.
