ACT Orientation (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

Learn about Advanced Certifications for Tile Installers (ACT), a program designed to recognize advanced installation skills within the tile industry. This session will introduce the available certifications, explain their importance, and outline the requirements and steps involved in becoming an ACT Certified Installer.

TCNA & ANSI Workshop (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Explore the industry standards and installation guidelines that support quality tile installations. This session will introduce the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) Handbook and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards, with a focus on their role in the tile industry and their relationship to ACT certification.
