The Training Center is pleased to host Regional Training Director Lupe Ortiz for an introduction to Advanced Certification for Tile Installers certifications and a hands-on workshop for ACT #9 Gauged Porcelain Tile/Panel!

2023 Apprentice Contest!

Our annual Apprentice Contest took place May 6, 2023, where top apprentices from each trade had the opportunity to compete for prizes and notoriety. We had great sponsorship from so many of our signatory contractors, providing us with the ability to present some fantastic prizes.

Apprentice Skills Contest!

The annual apprentice skills contest is taking place on Saturday, May 6. The apprentices will be building their projects from 7am-12pm and the awards ceremony is anticipated to take place at 1pm.

The week of March 5th was Women in Construction week and it featured International Women's Day.

Prospective Apprentice Night

The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Apprenticeship Training Center welcomes interested parties to tour our training facility, learn about our apprenticeship program and its respective career opportunities, and get hands-on.

Construct Tomorrow - Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center

On December 7, we set up a booth at the Construct Tomorrow event at the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center. These events are the best way to spark interest in curious youth and provide a basic understanding of both apprenticeship and the type of work our crafts perform.
